I would not stay here again, the staff were rude and it wasn't a great hotel Pros: The location was handy and the facilities were decent. Cons: The staff were rude and condescending and did not make you feel welcome at all. The area was convenient but it did not feel safe, as the foyer was a walk through area for all people in the area.

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. Pros: Mir gefällt die Lage des Hotels am Alexanderplatz. Cons: Mein Partner hatte am Tag des Eincheckens Geburtstag, obwohl der Personalausweis vorgezeigt werden musste und die Daten erfasst worden sind, ist es leider niemandem beim Check-In aufgefallen, dass er Geburtstag hat. Wir hatten leider nicht das Doppelbett, sondern nur Einzelbetten, die ständig auseinander gerutscht sind. Die Kissen waren viel zu dünn und unbequem. Es gab leider keine Dusche, sondern nur eine schwer begehbare Badewanne. Unser Zimmer war irgendwie auch echt weit entfernt vom Aufzug und es war das letzte Zimmer auf dem Gang, ein bisschen gruselig. Es gibt im Hotel zwar eine Bar im Erdgeschoss, aber die haben wir als unentspannt empfunden.

Würde ich wieder buchen Pros: Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es ist auch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll. Cons: Die Dusche hatte null Power. Ich hatte Mühe, das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu waschen. Vielleicht ist es auch der Menge an Menschen geschuldet, die gleichzeitig duschen. Es war werktags so halb acht morgens.

Preiswert, zentrale Lage, gut durchdachtes Konzept für Geschäftsreisende Pros: Gepäckaufbewahrung neben der Rezeption. Vortragsräume hell und großzügig Cons: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig.
