Great experience, definitely worth the price. Pros: Great location; Walking distance to Mall of Berlin and S U subway stations Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also there is a great hot dog place downstairs. We also loved the Deli right across the entrance of the hotel.

Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Pros: Super Lage, fußläufig viel erreichbar, sonst mit Öffis alles gut Cons: 50 EUR für unseren Hund für eine Nacht sind frech, wirklich frech - so noch nie in einem Hotel weltweit so erlebt. Wussten wir aber vorher, deshalb für uns okay. Auch die 38 EUR für die Tiefgarage pro Nacht ohne Parkservice in einem äußerst engen Parkhaus sind schwierig, aber auch das war bekannt.

5 star service is easy to appreciate when thing goes smoothly. However,when a problem arises... Pros: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the service quality was consistent with what one would expect from a five-star hotel. This is why we had always enjoyed staying when we came to Berlin and had every intention of returning in the future. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and until the final day of our stay, our experience had been overwhelmingly positive. Cons: Towards the end of our trip, an unfortunate incident involving our dog occurred. We deeply regret what happened and fully understand that the hotel is responsible for ensuring the safety of its staff and guests. What disappointed me was not the incident itself, but the way it was handled afterwards. Following the incident, we expressed our sincere apologies. The hotel later sent us a standard form letter informing us that any future reservation requests from us would no longer be accepted. There was no attempt to communicate further, nor any consideration of whether a future stay without our dog might be evaluated differently. This left me with the impression that the hotel was more focused on eliminating risk than on understanding individual circumstances or maintaining a long-term relationship with its guests. Five-star service is easy to appreciate when everything goes smoothly. However, when a problem arises, you discover another side of the hotel. This is a hotel with excellent facilities and professional service. However, it is also a hotel that, when faced with a difficult situation, chooses the most conservative approach to customer relationships.

Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel Pros: Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich perfekt für Berlin! Das Frühstück lasst kaum Wünsche offen. Cons: Das Kopfkissen war dreckig, die Minibar abgeschlossen und der Fernseher defekt, bzw. das Netzwerk, wir konnten keine Sender empfangen. Sehr schade! Das Kopfkissen wurde sofort ausgetauscht, aber sowas darf Hunden Preis nicht passieren.

Pros: Rigtig dejlig beliggenhed tæt ved hovedbanen. Super flot hall man følte sig virkelig modtaget til stor luksus. Vi havde bestilt morgenmad med. Og det var rigtig godt med stort udvalg af alt muligt lækkert. Dog hvis man ikke tåler gluten var brød udvalget rigtig dårligt. Mærkeligt når de ellers havde stor brødbuffet. Cons: Kun toast skiver pakket i plastik og en slags muffin pakket i plastik til de, som ikke tåler gluten.

Not quite as classy as it looks but great location Pros: Location- perfect Cons: Loud music in the entrance/bar area. Classy decor ruined by pop music. Wanted a quiet cocktail after a concert but the music was too loud to relax and chat.

Nice room, communication could be better Pros: The location by the M en S line is ideal. Nice modern building. Furniture protection applied for the pet and a door sign provided to alert staff of the pet inside. Cons: When booking it wasn't mentioned there would be a pet fee. 20€ per night extra was charged before letting us enter the room. But then the room 'couldn't' be cleaned because the cat stayed in the room the whole time. The AC can't keep up in the heatwave (30+°C multiple days). Had an unfriendly encounter when asking for help at the reception, we parked in public parking garage and were unable to find the pedestrian entrance so we went to ask if the reception if they happened to know how to enter this carpark, we were met with an unfriendly response. "We don't provide information if it's not our hotel parking"

Un moment sympathique Pros: Chambre propre spacieuse et bien aménagé avec un balcon et vue sur les montagnes. Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Le Spa est très beauté propre. Bien localisé dans la centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le chien a été bien accepté. Cons: Le parking et le garage sont en supplément, je ne l’avais pas vu indiqué sur le site.

Gediegenes Stadthotel Pros: - Gediegenes Hotel - Freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich willkommen - Sauber - Die Lage ist okay (Zentrumsnähe und direkt beim Hauptbahnhof) Cons: - Kosten für Parking 46 Euro ist etwas teuer - Betten waren für unser Befinden viel zu weich und leider keine durchgehende Matratze - Zimmer war etwas klein (wir sind mit einem Kind und Hund gereist, das nächste Mal nehmen wir ein grösseres Zimmer)

Dejligt ophold som sædvanligt. Pros: Hotellet har den bedst tænkelige beliggenhed for mig tæt på Staatsoper Unter den Linden og Bebelplatz, hvor der skulle være den store årlige friuftkoncert. Personalet er meget venligt, især morgenmadschefen, Herr Steffen, er en perle, der husker alt fra mine tidigere besøg og deler min begejstring for hunde ! Cons: Selvom mit værelse var et dobbetværelse, var der kun en eneste stol, der ikke var særlig behagelig. Kontakterne til sengebeysningen kunne ikke nås fra sengen.

Lovely hotel Pros: Hotel was near Unter den Linden so several of the main sights are within walking distance. Very nice local area around the concert hall. Lovely hotel, especially lobby area. Very good breakfast. All hotel areas seemed v clean. Cons: Not keen on there being dogs allowed in the breakfast area. Also didn’t like that the holding charge for our stay included the whole cost of the room (even though we’d paid for the room in advance on booking.com). I was advised this was their usual practice but it seemed odd to have such a large charge pending on my credit card until we checked out.
