Pros: Excellent staff. Dog Friendly, which was very nice. The center is a 15-20 minute walk.

Pros: The property was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, a little bit out of the main hustle and in a green oasis so a bit cooler! Breakfast was lovely and access to tea/coffee/filtered water/ice in the small refreshments area was a great touch but the aperitivo every evening was ideal - and very generous! We stayed with our dog Effie and she was made to feel incredibly welcome, I would say this hotel is truly dog friendly, providing bowls and mat for her and even a leaving present, very thoughtful and welcomed.

I visit Firenze regularly and this one of the best options I’ve found. Pros: This is perfectly situated hotel in the heart of Florence. It is old-fashioned in the best sense, with a courteous, professional staff and niceties like a turn-down service including slippers (but unfortunately not a chocolate on the pillow). They supplied a bed and bowl for my dog. The breakfast buffet is bountiful. The bed was comfortable and the linens high-quality. Cons: The window in my room had two layers of obscured glass, perhaps because the “view” was basically a large air shaft, but the result was that it felt somewhat claustrophobic. The faucet for the bidet was noisy and needed attention.

Exagerat de scump pentru ceea ce ofera Pros: Piscina de pe terasa hotelului, cu o vedere minunata spre oras si spre rau. Baia mare si frumoasa. Cons: Micul dejun lasa mult de dorit fata de alte hoteluri din lantul NH. Locurile la mese erau insuficiente pentru numarul de turisti, iar personalul parea mereu depasit. Mancarea foarte putin variata. Intr-una dintre dimineti a fost o masa cu mezeluri si branzeturi italiene, dar in zilele urmatoare a disparut. Presupun ca a fost special pentru evenimentul care a avut loc, la care participau mai ales italieni. Camera avea fereastra pe spate, adica o vedere urata, spre o curte interioara, desi camera noastra ar fi trebuit sa fie superioara. Prin dreptul ferestrei treceau hornuri si conducte, asa ca se auzea un zgomot aproape permanent, presupun ca de la hote, ceea ce m-a deranjat foarte tare noaptea. De la fereastra noastra se putea vedea in camera de langa noi, care era in unghi de 90 de grade fata de a noastra. Aerul conditionat bate direct spre pat, asa ca nu l-am putut folosi prea mult. Din acest motiv am deschis fereastra si am fost atacati de tantari in fiecare noapte, cu toate ca am stat la etajul 4. Am cerut factura, atat prin mesaj pe Booking, cat si la receptie. La receptie mi s-a spus ca, plata fiind facuta prin Booking, ei nu imi pot da factura - desi la alte hoteluri nu am avut aceasta problema. Amplasarea este intr-o zona frumoasa, dar ca sa ajungi la punctele de interes trebuie sa iei tramvaiul sau sa mergi pe jos cam jumatate de ora. Pretul este exagerat de mare pentru ceea ce ofera hotelul.

Super toll Pros: Sehr schön, sauber und zentral. Zum Bahnhof kann man mit Gepäck sogar laufen. Das Personal ist immer aussergewöhnlich freundlich. Auch unser Hund ist willkommen.

Pros: la posizione, vicinissima alla stazione. La struttura con i suoi giardini, un'oasi di tranquillità dove ritirarsi alla fine di una giornata passata ad esplorare la città . Il personale gentile e disponibile. Animali ammessi, un plus per me che viaggio sempre col mio cagnolino.

Nice, make sure you don’t receive a room near a seating area or dogs in the rooms nearby Pros: The staff was very kind Cons: It was very noisy, there was a seating area outside my room and other guests just sat there until late at night and talked, there was also a dog on the floor that wouldn't stop barking.

Cozy upscale hotel in the heart of Florence with the best staff and amenities you could ask for! Pros: Centrally located to the city of florence. Staff was incredibly friendly, and were able to make my pet accommodation extremely comfortable for my dog.

Cons: They allowed pets but some pet owners are not considerate. Complained about the barking of a dog continuously for hours from 11 pm till 2 am. Was advised that the guests left their dog alone during this time. No apologies nor how to remedy the situation! Will it recommend this hotel.

Pros: Ein Ort, der einen verzaubert. Die alte Villa, der Park, der atemberaubende Blick, die Freundlichkeit, die zentrale aber doch ruhige Lage. Die Altstadt von Florenz bequem fussläufig erreichbar, noch schneller mit dem unkomplizierten Hotelshuttle. Auch unsere zwei Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, die nach dem Stress der Stadt am Tag herrlich im an den Park angrenzenden Olivenhain einfach nur Hund sein konnten. Wir musste uns schon manchmal kneifen, so schön war der Aufenthalt.

Aussergewöhnlich Pros: Die Lage und der Garten waren aussergewöhnlich. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und sehr herzlich zu meinem Hund. Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse war ein Traum

Postcard pretty property and location Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful and calm location, lovely park surrounding the hotel, stunning views of the hills covered by cypresses and olive trees, perfect if you travel by car and with dogs. Very clean. Easy to park. Cons: A bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was a bit more luxurious a few years ago when I was there last. Although everything is tidy and clean it’s starting to be a bit dated. But all in all a great experience.
