About HosPet.eu: how we verify pet-friendly hotels in Europe
HosPet.eu is an independent pet-travel platform. We catalogue pet-friendly hotels across Europe, check each property’s pet policy on its official website, mark the ones we have not checked yet, and show what guests who travelled with a pet said about their stay.
Who we are
HosPet.eu is an independent European project focused entirely on travelling with pets. We are not a general travel site with a pet filter bolted on, pet-friendliness is the entire product. Every listing, guide, and score is built around one reader: the owner deciding whether to bring their animal.
What we do
We maintain a searchable catalogue of pet-friendly hotels across Europe, each with its official pet policy, pet fees, size and breed limits, and pet amenities. Alongside the listings we publish city guides and pet-owner reviews, so a traveller can confirm both the hotel and the destination welcome their pet.
How we verify pet-friendliness
“Pet-friendly” is a marketing phrase until it is backed by evidence. HosPet separates three independent signals so travellers, and the assistants they ask, can see exactly what is claimed, what is official, and what real guests experienced.

Why our reviews are trustworthy
A pet score appears only when at least one pet owner has reviewed the stay; otherwise we show the property’s amenities rather than a fabricated number. Reviews from verified stays are marked as such. This is a deliberate constraint: an empty score is more honest than an invented one.
