NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie

Ondanks alles hebben we mooi tijd gehad in Berlin Pros: Het hotel lig zeer gunstig Cons: Het hotel was heel groot. Wij betalen voor drie nachten met ontbijt en parkeren € 700. De eerste dag liep het bad niet door. De tweede dag waren ze vergeten schone handoeken neer te leggen en toiletpapier aan te vullen. De derde dag stond in de morgen om negen uur ineens een schoonmaker in onze kamer terwijl wij nog niet aangekleed waren. Bij de receptie aangegeven maar mevrow verwees de schuld terug naar ons omdat we geen kaartje aan de deur hadden (nergens hing kaartjes aan de deur). Ik neem aan dat je eerst klopt en dan een teken geeft dat je binnen mag komen?

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Cons: Nothing. It was all we expected from NH hotels.

A perfect place to rest while touring Berlin! Pros: Very convenient to the transit, beautiful property, and extremely clean. We would stay here again!

Comfy & central Pros: Location is superb! An ability to leave the luggage before the check-in. Free welcome candies, water etc. (kids loved this)! Cons: Everything good! Maybe the size of the room could be a bit larger.

Cons: Incredibly stressful experience and poor communication We had a highly stressful stay due to major administrative failures. Despite receiving multiple confirmation emails from Booking.com, the hotel had no record of our reservation when we arrived after a long day of traveling. After a 15-minute delay, they assigned us a room, only for us to walk in and find it already occupied by another guest. We had to return to reception to sort it out before finally getting a vacant room. To make matters worse, despite booking a rate with breakfast included, we were interrupted during our Sunday breakfast by staff demanding payment. While we eventually resolved the issue, the constant back-and-forth and lack of organisation made for a very distressing stay.

Szép, igényes szálloda kedves személyzettel. Pros: A reggeli nekem ami nagyon fontos. Nagyon választékos és finom volt. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt.

Estancia muy agradable Pros: Muy buena ubicación y habitaciones cómodas según lo esperable. Excelente relación calidad precio. Es una buena elección. Cons: Las plantas son enormes. Se tardaba 3-4 minutos minutos andando desde la habitación a los ascensores, y no era la más alejada.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit zentraler Lage in Berlin. Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal am Empfang. Cons: Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können (wir hatten eine Junior Suite).
