Central but mediocre stay Pros: Our check in process was very chaotic, and traveling here had made it so much more hectic. The attendants were not very helpful or clear in their reasoning for our room selection. The room we were assigned to had a connecting room on the 4th floor, but that wasn’t the only problem. After speaking to the check in staff, we were able to get changed to a room on the 6th floor which was an updated room and much better. Why this was not offered the first time is beyond me. I would offer a renovated room for loyalty members if such a room was available. We were also turned off by the “perfume” that is piped in through the public spaces. I think it is the same low quality Crabtree and Evelyn that are part of the bathroom ammenities. It was so strong in the lobby at times that you had to hold your breath. There was also contruction going on throughout the stay - something that was not mentioned on their website, until we inquired. Everyday there was loud drilling noises interrupting our “relaxing” vacation. This is mostly a business hotel that has conventions and gatherings of that sort. Breakfast is heavily affected by the number of people. But we appreciated that they had filtered coffee and quality breakfast foods for use to enjoy. The executive lounge offerings were somewhat confusing. There was a cumbersome salad bar to prepare, but delicious hot items that were changed daily. Our room was kept very clean by the kind housekeeping staff.

Pros: Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Cons: Das Bad könnte moderner sein.

Fijn! Pros: Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt Cons: De hal werd verbouwd waardoor geen gezellige bar tijdens ons verblijf.

Heerlijk ontbijt! Pros: Ontbijt was fantastisch! Heel veel keuze, ook als je wat later bent. Metro voor de deur is heel erg fijn. Cons: Het achterstallige onderhoud aan de kamer. Zie foto’s. De verwarming, plafond, knop aan de deur en ik vermoed de tissuebox hingen er af. Ook zooltjes van de pantoffels lieten bv los - kurk lag door de kamer. Geen 5 sterren waardig. Ik heb tegenwoordig het gevoel dat als je via booking boekt niet de beste kamers krijgt. Het restaurant voor het avond eten vond ik echt overdreven prijzig. Klein biefstukje met frietjes- 50€. Het was prima, maar niet naar verhouding.

Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen Pros: Die Betten Cons: Die Kommunikation aus dem Zimmer zum Personal beziehungsweise zur Rezeption ist verbesserungswürdig

Pros: Skøn morgenmad, stor buffet. Dejlig stort værelse. Ingen larm fra naboværelser. Cons: Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide.
