10/10 would stay here again when we come back to Berlin Pros: Everything was amazing, service at the front desk was top tier. Breakfast was great. Our room and all other facilities and amenities were better than we had expected. The location is really close to Potsdamer Platz station, along with the Mall of Berlin.

Lovely hotel, good facilities will come again. Pros: Position, clean, facilities and entertainment. Cons: Some service was slow, or poor like you ask for hot milk and it was cold. Coffee sent back as it was cold.
