Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof

In the end, I was satisfied with my stay. Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff are cooperative and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. Cons: I was surprised by the room service charges. I ordered dinner and later requested water, and the hotel charged a separate €15 service fee for each delivery. Paying €28 for a bottle of water (€13 water + €15 service fee) felt excessive and was not something I had experienced in other hotels.

One night in Wien Pros: - perfect location - cosy room - nice staff

A really restful stay in a beautiful place. Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in a beautiful part of the city.

Pros: Gute Lage, gutes Zimmer Cons: Personal in der Bar leider unterirdisch. Zweimal dort gewesen, zweimal herablassend behandelt worden.

Séjour agréable Pros: L’accueil était charmant Cons: Le prix du petit déjeuner

Super Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, freundlich. Hier kommt man gerne erneut vorbei.
