Maisam was amazing Pros: The hotel is great but the highlight was Maisam at the reception desk whose smile, positive attitude & energy helped alleviate my flight cancellation worries.

Worst experience ever Pros: Hotel staff trained in corporate excuses. Faced issues during check in. Laundry no picked up on weekends. Closing of entrance from train station after 10 pm. This hotel might not even have 1 star compared to hotels in Africa and Asia which I use regularly. If this is Hilton standard we might have to rethink star assignments. 2 star Hotels often provide more comfort than this hotel branded by Hilton

At this price, you should offer your guests a little more. Pros: The breakfast was generally good, but a bit small for a hotel of this size; you feel like you have to finish your breakfast quickly and leave. It's one of the relatively new hotels close to the center. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall on one side and a beautiful park on the other. It's very easy to reach the city center on foot. Cons: The breakfast room was so cramped that you kept bumping into people, and during one of these incidents, the waiter spilled coffee on our new white shoes. They brought us sponges to clean them, but of course, our new white shoes weren't white anymore. Afterwards, no one asked or showed any interest. We had a problem with our room; the drain plug in the bathroom sink was broken, and the water wouldn't drain. The cleaning staff cleaned the room during the day and left without informing the technicians, and when we returned at night, the sink was full of water. We had to deal with this problem at that late hour. They offered a standard room change as a solution, but since our young child was asleep at 11 PM, this and their offer of free breakfast (since we already had a breakfast package) were useless. Overall, considering the high price we paid for this hotel, they didn't deserve the cost and didn't meet our expectations.

Pros: The location is excellent, with great connectivity to all parts of the city. The breakfast is outstanding, and the bed is consistently very comfortable. Cons: There is not much to complain about, except that housekeeping started knocking on doors before 11 a.m. on the day of check-out, reminding guests to leave even though check-out is until 12 p.m. It is a minor issue, but it slightly affected the overall impression and is something a Hilton should not allow.

Konforlu, ulaşımı kolay, sakin bir tatildi. Pros: Kahvaltı çeşitliliği iyi, merkezi olması ve metroya yakınlığı tatilimizi kolaylaştırdı, odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Her gün temizlik yapıldı. Cons: 5 günlük tatil için sadece bir adet su ve bir mineralli su vardı, saç kurutma makinesi yoktu.

Pros: The staff, the facilities and the comfort were all top quality

Maisam, thank YOU Pros: I recently stayed at the Hilton Vienna Park and it was a truly wonderful experience, made exceptional by one person: Maisam. She went above and beyond in every possible way. Attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was right, she anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask. That kind of hospitality is rare and it made all the difference. The hotel itself is beautifully located and comfortable, but it's people like Maisam who transform a stay from good to unforgettable. I'll absolutely be coming back, and I hope she's there when I do. If you stay here, you're in great hands.
