Pros: Clean, size Cons: No aircon, no ceiling fan. No ventilation at all. Had to request fan. Very hot throughout stay.

Chambre cosy Pros: Le studio était spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût et parfaitement accessible à une personne à mobilité réduite, y compris la douche et les toilettes. Cons: Une double remarque sur le fonctionnement des toilettes : une très grande quantité d'eau est systématiquement utilisée quand on tire la chasse d'eau, car il n'y a pas de bouton pour rincer la cuvette avec une petite quantité d'eau après un pipi. Compte tenu du volume d'eau envoyé soudainement dans la cuvette des toilettes, des éclaboussures se produisent et atterrissent sur le carrelage et sur vos pieds. En conclusion, ces toilettes ne sont ni écologiques ni très hygiéniques.

Sympa Pros: Atmosphère sympa, propreté et proximité de la gare Cons: Gestion de l’espace de la chambre moyen, cuisine surdimensionnée par rapport à l’espace.

Pros: Lay-out van de kamer was perfect Metro station 5 min verder op (loop naar de kerk toe achter in de straat) Dichtbij het centrum en er is een supermarkt in de buurt 7 dagen op tot 2300 (Google -10min lopen) De buitenruimte en café gedeelte waren comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Cons: Ik vond het tegenvallen dat je niet eens 1x schoonmaak kreeg ondanks dat we er 6 dagen waren. Hierdoor werd je koffie en thee dus ook niet automatisch aangevuld maar als je erom vroeg aan de balie kreeg je het zonder probleem. Je moest zelf je eigen vuilniszakken naar beneden brengen. Het voelt toch onvriendelijk en gebrek aan service aan terwijl in de Wundelocke kregen we het wel allemaal. Daar had je ook gewoon zowel een vaatwasser als wasmachines op de kamer, hier was de wasmachine in de kelder en enkel een vaatwasser op de kamer. Dure parkeergelegenheid maar als je slim zoekt heb je goede alternatieve en goedkopere ook in de buurt.

Pros: The room was comfy, clean, and modern. Cons: The surroundings are unpleasant, I didn’t feel comfortable walking from the central station in the evening. The scent at the entrance is very sweet and overpowering - I found it quite nauseating.

Pros: Gute Lage, gemütliche Sitzecke Cons: Eher kleines Doppelbett. Matzatzen dürften langsam ausgetauscht werden

A great place to stay to explore Munich. Pros: For us the location was great as it was close to the station, but we could also walk or get the metro into the city. The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped. The quad offers a nice place to sit for a drink. Cons: We liked everything during our stay, but we could see the potential for noise from balconies and the quad when the hotel is more busy.
