Rochester Champs Elysees

Cons:

Beautiful Hotel Pros: Beautiful hotel and our rooms were lovely.

highly recommended as it is within walking distance to most amenities. Pros: we loved the warm welcome received as we had arrived late due to the snow storm. A great location and a wonderful spacious room with a street view. Spacious rooms are hard to come by in Paris. Cons: nothing

The lady, whose name I believe is Yulia, was behaving with complete disrespect towards the guest.

Hotel atende b em as familias Pros: Tudo impecável, limpo equipe super atenciosos.

The worst stay in Paris Pros: The only good thing about the hotel is its location Cons: I decided to go even after seeing the bad reviews about the customer service provided by their employees, that things were lost or mysteriously stolen, or that the cleanliness was not the best, and with great disappointment I must say that all of that is true. The service is not bad, it is TERRIBLE. All the employees think they are doing us a favor and act as if they own the hotel. The only ones who are somewhat tolerable are the people who help you call taxis or something like that. The rest are all hateful, contemptuous, and rude (very French for my taste). The cleanliness is poor, not to mention that they don't make the beds well, or clean the tables or the floor. But the worst thing was arriving and finding that my room door was open, not knowing if something had been stolen or if there was someone inside who could hurt me. When I called, all they said was to check that everything was okay, as if it didn't matter if someone could do something to me. I really don't know where they earned their 4 stars, because in terms of service, maintenance, and cleanliness, it's not
