Merci pour ce beau séjour Pros: Super emplacement, le personnel est souriant, aimable. La chambre était confortable et d'une propreté absolue. L'accueil de mon chien m'a fait très plaisir.

Exceptional style, amazing location, wonderful staff. Pros: Amazing hotel. This is traditional luxury and service as it should be. Even though it is a lovely building with beautiful rooms in the very best location, it is the staff that elavate it beyong expectations. They are wonderful. From the door staff, to reception to the cleaning staff. I stay in lots of hotels and this is far and away the best service I have ever had. The staff are all friendly, obliging and can't do enough to please. One of my bathroom taps was sticky and by the time I got back from a day out, they had installed completely new taps!! Unbelievable. Each night, the staff check you are OK, the minibar is full, you have enough towels and water. A few nights my dogs also stayed and nothing was a problem to them. I now won't stay anywhere else in Paris. Winning hotel with superlative service. Exceptional!!!!!! Thank you to everyone there. Cons: Nothing at all.
