An Exceptional Stay in Lyon Pros: The hotel is beautiful, absolutely spotless, and the rooms are superb. 🌟 However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special and huge thank you goes to Anna 🙏🏻 at the reception. 😊 Not only is she remarkably kind, but she is also a natural leader and incredibly intuitive. ✨ Even over the phone, she immediately anticipated our needs and assisted us without hesitation. We also want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful breakfast team! All the ladies there were extremely sweet, welcoming, and polite . ❤️ We also highly appreciated the excellent service from the gentleman with the beard and the young man with glasses, who were both so attentive. 🙏🏻 We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication and wish them all the success they truly deserve. 🌟 This is definitely a place we highly recommend with eyes closed ، Merci beaucoup .

Pros: Good value for a one-night stay. The location is very convenient — perfect for travelers who need the train station within walking distance, as it’s just steps away. All the main sights are about 15 minutes on foot, which was no problem at all, and the view from the room was lovely. Would recommend for a short stopover. Cons: the room was hot — outside temperatures in May were around 29–30°C, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted 🤷‍♂️. Also, since we stayed two nights, we had to remind the staff to clean the room.

Excellent location. Good hotel with good food. Would come again. Pros: The bedroom was clean and tidy if a little on the smaller size. Good bathroom, high bath sides for shower. The views from the room and restuarant were very good. The food was very good, well cooked as was the breakfast. Access to the building from the train station is via the Westgate shopping centre, very easy. Cons: Duvet too hot for me.
