Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy

Absolutely fabulous Pros: Everything. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was really good. The pool was great too. Loved our stay. Near the beautiful Bercy village. Would highly recommend Cons: Nothing

Goede uitvalsbasis voor weekend Parijs met kinderen. Pros: Ligging vlakbij metro. Leuke restaurantjes/bar in Bercy Village. Vriendelijk personeel. Water, frisdrank, koffie en thee gratis op de kamer.

Ottima posizione per visitare Parigi Pros: Ottima posizione per visitare Parigi,perché lontano dal caos del centro ma con una metropolitana a pochi passi a piedi nel bellissimo BERCY VILLAGE che pure è da visitare,dove ci sono tanti negozi di food e altro. La struttura è moderna e con un fascino elegante. Cons: La gestione delle camere…al check-in ti danno una carta magnetica bianca comune a tutti ma loro con un dispositivo la magnetizzano e assegnano il numero di stanza,al nostro arrivo non avevano la camera pronta che forse mi avevano assegnato all’inizio e me ne hanno dato SUBITO un’altra,e questa cosa ha scaturito che poi più tardi un’altra persona è riuscita ad entrare nella mia camera perché avranno assegnato lo stesso codice di stanza alla sua carta…e il giorno seguente al rientro dopo una mattinata in giro la nostra carta addirittura non funzionava piu e siamo rimasti chiusi fuori la camera e siamo dovuti andare in reception a farci risolvere il problema! Spero che questo sia solo un caso isolato che sia capitato solo a me e non ricapiterà piu ad altri! Per il resto tutto ok!

Sehr gute Lage mit Metrostation in der Nähe. Das Bercyvillage direkt in der Nähe war praktisch mit vielen Restaurants un Pros: Insgesamt ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Das Familienzimmer war sehr komfortabel. Cons: Nichts.

A horrible and unacceptable stay, please read and DO NOT BOOK! Pros: The hotel itself is modern and easy to get to from the city centre. The rooms are a good size for Paris. Cons: From the moment we arrived, it was chaos. The entrance was packed with security because they were hosting the Senegal football team, and we were treated like an inconvenience. We weren’t even allowed into the hotel for 10 minutes because they couldn’t find our name, and when we finally got in, we had to wait another 20 minutes just to reach reception. It only got worse from there. We were given the wrong room — a significantly cheaper one without the bath we had paid for. After calling reception, they said they would send someone up with a new key card. We explained we were on a tight schedule with a dinner reservation that would charge us €100 if we were late. Despite that, we waited 20 minutes and no one came. We went back down ourselves, waited again, and were handed a new key card — only to open the door and find someone else’s belongings inside. They had given us access to an occupied room. That is not just poor organisation, it is a serious safety breach. Imagine if the actual guest had been inside — how would they have reacted to strangers entering their room? It made us feel completely unsafe knowing they could just as easily give someone else access to our room. When we complained again, we were told the room we had originally paid for wasn’t even available. So they knowingly let us book something they couldn’t provide. Completely ridiculous. On top of that, the service was disgraceful. We couldn’t even get proper attention from the manager — despite waiting first, he prioritised a Senegal football team member ahead of us, as if we didn’t matter. That tells you everything about how they treat paying guests. Because of their delays and incompetence, we were forced to move our dinner reservation last minute and ended up losing €100. The manager promised they would contact Booking.com to arrange compensation, but when Booking.com followed up, the hotel refused to do anything. No refund, no compensation, nothing.

Pros: Location Cons: Check in at 2 and room not ready have to wait 30 minutes ( they offered free drink) . As I paid upfront for hotel via Booking they rejected to send me invoice and have to call booking to fix it .

Hôtel très bien situé et très classe Pros: L’hôtel est très beau, le personnel accueillant et agréable. Petit plus : nous avons été surclassés et la suite au 9ème étage avait une vue incroyable ! Cons: Rien.

Pros: Petit déjeuner excellent hall superbe et le personnel très agréable . Cons: La robinetterie rayée et l absence de joints de carrelage de la salle de bain c est un peu dommage
