Exceptional Pros: Absolutely everything, from the first contact on the phone to arrange my pets accomodation, to the last bit of the breakfast. The junior suite was stunning, the bed super comfy, and they prepared for our pets (two cats and one dog)amazing bedding, bowls for food, litter box for the cats, treats, and a welcome pack with toys and a cute tag for the names... Reception welcome was exceptional, they informed and helped us with everything. Every staff member was warm, professional and very kind. Many thanks to the reception night team, specially David, with his attention he made up for all the inconveniences we had in our long, hard trip. Breakfast was amazing. Cons: The food service for dinner. The room service is external kitchen and it was quite disappointing. It took ages to receive the food, not many choices, it was expensive, small portions and not as good as we were expecting from a four stars.

Wonderful stay! Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also had a dog and they were very accommodating, even putting bowls, treats and a bed in the room for us. Also, the parking lot entrance is slightly narrow but definitely not bad at all!!

Gostei Pros: Funcionários,localização,hotel moderno. Cons: Não gostei por coisa dos Pets tinha muitos no elevador,no café da manhã achei horrível.

Best hotel and really pet friendly Pros: LOVED our stay here! Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms fully equipped and with nice drinks available for free. What’s also great is the convenient underground parking (paid for a fee) and how pet friendly this hotel is! Pets (dogs) are welcome (for a fee) and then they give you a dog bed, blanket, water and food bowls and a gift bag with amazing goodies: a bouncy ball, some dehydrated sardines, wipes and a really cute pouch. 10 stars :)
