A stylish and comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent location in Madrid. Pros: The hotel had a beautiful and modern design, with a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Madrid. I also really liked the unique decoration and relaxing ambiance.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber relativ klein für den Übernachtungspreis. Cons: Vor dem Hotel ist eine große Dauerbaustelle, sodass es teilweise laut werden kann.

buena Pros: Ubicacion - OCnfort - Atención excelente Cons: Las calificaciones bajas tienen que ver con un tema que aunque no es culpa del hotel que son las reparaciones en la via que hacen parte de la ciudad, si es responsabilidad del hotel avisar a los clientes y que seamos nosotros quienes decidamos si nos quedamos o no, el ruido del taladro 8 horas al dia es insoportable.

100% recommended Pros: Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also great. Location, is was close to all main museums and places to visit. No more than 20min walk. Metro it's just a few steps away. Breakfast, we are vegetarian and there were multiple options for us. Staff as expected was always worried about us, polite, etc Cons: Customer service was great! We did, however, have a bit of a bad experience with the food. Since we are vegetarians, we asked for a dish without meat. Unfortunately, the kitchen forgot to leave it out. They assured us they would prepare a new dish, but it turned out to be the exact same plate, and we found a small piece of meat in it. In the end, they didn't charge us for the meal. Later, we even received an apology letter along with a voucher for a free drink at the bar. The customer service truly was excellent—we haven't seen that level of care in a long time. Luckily for them, we weren't allergic!

Un Hotel Agradable Pros: me gustó la calidez de los espacios, la decoración y la zona de desayunos. El espacio de bar de planta baja, me pareció tambien agradable. Cons: En la zona de desayunos había bastante caos, Pedí huevos fritos, tardaron bastante. No me atendía nadie para los cubiertos. sensación de dejadez y poca atención del personal.

An amazing restaurant, great view and a very hospitable JONAY. Pros: The View and the food is amazing. JONAY was a wonderful host, he was so helpful and cheerful.
