Pros: Very good service Walter is a superstar

Exceptional Pros: Great location, very clean, good size rooms

One night in München Pros: Room was spacious and well designed Cons: Bathroom has to be refurbished. Shower was inside the bathtub and dangerous to stand inside as very slippery. Breakfast is very overpriced, 45€ a day for a limited selection and service. Had to pay the parking without being informed about the fee at the moment of arrival. Last but not least had to engage a discussion at the Reception at the checkout as the receptionist was insisting I hadn’t paid the breakfast which I did. After a big noise he finally found out he was wrong…

A very comfortable and well serviced stay in a pretty hotel decorated beautifully with fresh flowers. Pros: The staff are very friendly and attentive to any requests. There was very little waiting time for room service and everything arrived hot and well prepared. Our balcony was particularly pleasant overlooking a pretty garden. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay! Cons: We liked everything

Munichnin March Pros: We had an executive double which was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was an added bonus and the bathroom and shower excellent. The complimentary mini bar and coffee machine were a welcome addition. Overall a very nice stay. Cons: The staff were efficient but overall not friendly although there are exceptions. Considering how good the bed was the pillows were poor. The location is a little way away from everything Munich has to offer and the breakfast and overall cost of the hotel were slightly expensive for what you get on balance.

Business trip to Munich Pros: A real jam, a place to return to, as I've done for three times. Great service, wonderful rooms, spotless and inviting, and amazing breakfast. The gym is quite disappointing though. Location convenient, but not in city center. I will return.

Pros: This hotel hits all the high points: it’s in a safe and lovely neighborhood, the staff goes beyond expectations, the daily service of the room was superior. Every attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Pros: The entire staff were excellent. Rajna at the front desk was particularly helpful. They offered great area suggestions, were very professional, and even mailed to us in the US lost sunglasses. We have stayed here previously and we highly recommend this property.

Perfection Pros: This was perfection. Very comfortable room with a great bed, great shower and a spacious balcony. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere. Hotel bikes were just right for an early morning ride thru the nearby Englischer Garten. Topped off by great, personable staff - after 23 hours of flying the welcome was so warm. The only downside .. we only stayed the one night. We’ll be back again!
