Great hotel amazing staff and centrally located. Pros: Great hotel, excellent customer service and located a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. This is our second time here and we have found it an excellent place to base your time in Paris. Highly recommended.

Pros: Un hôtel particulièrement bien placé, à deux pas des Champs Elysées. Une chambre spacieuse et confortable ainsi qu'un personnel particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Un excellent petit-déjeuner. Cons: Le manque de sièges dans le lobby au moment du départ.

Cons: Le responsable, ne pas respectueux envers les clients ( il s'agit du Mr le responsable ainsi que la dame avec des lunettes qui responsable a l'accueil, elle ne pas du tout professionnel ni correcte)

Pros: Excellent location, Clean, and the staff was very polite. My kid got sick during our vacations and they helped us with everything and different staff members were asking us daily about her, thank you so much!

Great hotel with a great location. Pros: The location. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Paris 🤩 Cons: Only one elevator and it’s very small. We found mouse 🐭 in the lobby.
