Beautiful and unique boutique hotel Pros: We checked in for a one night stay before leaving Paris, and our rooms were ready early at 12pm! We also got massages and went to the spa before checking in which was wonderful. The interiors are so unique and staff is very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Pros: It wasn’t my first time in the hotel. I came back here because it was awesome last time. The same I would say about this time. Staff was very very supportive and helpful, very friendly and welcoming. We loved interior, location, bar, food, staff. Our bed was very comfortable!

Incredible experience Pros: One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Exquisite decoration, totally renewed two years ago. Kind and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast (pastries are absolutely amazing). I would definitely recommend it. Perfect location, near all the luxory shops.

Good, clean rooms and location is very good. Pros: Location, staff, and cleanness. Cons: The smell in my floor was bad, smelled like basil. I asked for queen bed and they had joined a twin bed together and covered it up with a bed covered looked like mattress and it was not comfortable. They should rethink their tubs as they are very dangerous and sharp, any wrong movement could result in an injury.

A great hotel close to everything. Pros: We had high hopes for our girls' trip, and I’m happy to say our stay exceeded expectations! From start to finish, we felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, but they’re well-designed with everything you need, from bottled water to coffee and tea. We had three large bags with us, and the hotel kindly stored them so we could move around comfortably. A special shoutout to the PM staff at the bar—Radwa (I believe that’s his name; he’s from Bangladesh)—who was absolutely WONDERFUL. After long days of exploring the city, we’d return exhausted and ready to unwind with a drink. But after a few rounds of the same cocktails, we wanted something different. We asked Radwa to surprise us with something creative, and he delivered every time. His customer service was truly top-notch! Another standout was the concierge, Amat (?), who was incredibly helpful in securing our reservations, and Patel, who was attentive and kind. One thing that really impressed me was the level of service from the bellman (unfortunately, I forgot his name). Having worked in hotels all my adult life, I truly appreciated the detailed room orientation he gave us—something I rarely see these days! He walked us through everything in the room, making sure we knew exactly where to find what we needed. He also arranged our taxi back to the airport, making our departure seamless. Lastly, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from the George V metro and Champs-Élysées, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I’ve already shared my experience on social media and recommended this hotel to my followers, but I’ll say it again—we will definitely go back.

Pros: We stayed for three nights on vacation and, overall, it was a great experience. The staff and service were amazing. Food at the hotel was very good too.
