I had an awful experience during my stay, far below what any guest should reasonably expect Pros: I reported the presence of the large dog to three different members of the breakfast staff, yet no one reacted or took any action to enforce the rules. It was precisely this lack of intervention that made me uncomfortable and led me to request the cancellation of my breakfast for the following day. In addition, I would like to bring to your attention another issue encountered regarding the cleanliness of the room. no hand towels were provided. Instead, an extremely worn and visibly used towel had been placed in my room. This was very disappointing and far below the standards one should reasonably expect from a 4 star hotel in the heart of Paris. Cons: Huge dogs at the table of the breakfast areas. Dirty rotten towels.
