Pros: Great location, nice kitchen and always clean rooms. All you can ask for a family trip, five star.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the excellent location and stunning views Pros: Great location with an amazing view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The room was comfortable, and being so close to major attractions made our stay very convenient. Cons: The breakfast was good, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Unfortunately, the reception experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed cold and not particularly welcoming, which was not the best first impression

Pros: loved this hotel. great location to south bank , london eye etc easy bus service and waterloo tube 5 mins away breakfast was excellent with a good choice we got upgraded so was more than satisfied Cons: nothing it was all excellent

Rooms of a high standard, excellent friendly staff and location ideal. Pros: Our rooms, 715 and 716 were both very clean with great facilities. The staff and in particular the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We ate in your casual restaurant the once agin the staff were helpful and friendly. The meals we ordered (burgers) arrived looking good and they tasted good too. Cons: For me personally the mattress was too soft and caused me some discomfort during my sleep. Breakfast was disappointing in that the cooked items like sausages and bacon looked like they had been there a while. Ditto the croissant etc, dry and unappetising. Coffee from the machines wasn't too bad.

Great just maybe go in cooler months. It was excellent. They upgraded us for free. Very clean staff amazing great locati Pros: Everything except it was hot in the room and could not make it as cool as I like it. It was warm at night however everything else was perfect Cons: Too hot in the room

Pros: Tutto! Hotel di prestigio,hanno fatto trovare in stanza dei regalini e delle bevande per festeggiare la comunione di mia figlia con palloncini e giochini. Sempre attenti ai bambini e agli adulti. Posizione super centrale e strategica, stanza pulita e molto confortevole. Personale veramente eccezionale. Cons: Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va ma credetemi tutto è alla grande....il ristorante Atrio... Burger non eccezionali ma a prezzi gourmet. Però anche in questo caso il personale addetto era di una gentilezza incredibile
