Aurelia -Pet Concierge & Travel Guide I'm a pet concierge specializing in Italy-based travel with dogs and cats. Working primarily across Verona and Garda Lake, I partner with pet owners, hotels, and travel platforms to remove the friction from pet travel. My approach: understand your pet's needs and temperament, research and vet accommodations personally, coordinate logistics (transportation, local services, emergency protocols), and be a first-call resource if anything comes up mid-trip. I'm also completing IAA certification in pet therapy, which informs how I think about enrichment, stress reduction, and the emotional side of traveling with animals. For hotels and platforms: I help properties become genuinely pet-friendly, not just "pets allowed." That means honest marketing, correct setups, and long-term customer loyalty from pet owners who travel.
