Pros: Location Cons: High noise of AC. Booked 2 rooms, and requested a king bed but got 2 single instead. Refused to count my ‘NH collection points’ at the checkout

Pros: Ontbijt was zeer lekker , uitgebreid en verzorgd. De rooftop is geweldig maar er valt eigenlijk nog meer uit te halen. Ligging perfect vlak over metro.

absolute Katastrophe, keine Empfehlung! Pros: Die Lage war Innenstadtnah, was aufgrund der Buchung logischerweise bekannt war. Cons: Wir haben insgesamt drei Zimmer erhalten. Im ersten waren die falschen Betten (zwei Einzelbetten anstelle einem Kingsizebett). Zum Glück war noch etwas frei, sonst hätten wir nicht wechseln können. Im zweiten Zimmer konnte man mit der Klimaanlage in kältester Einstellung keine Temperatur unter 25 grad erreichen. Das gleiche Problem dann auch in Zimmer drei. Im gesamten Hotel gab es drei Aufzüge, zwei davon waren außer Betrieb. Der dritte war der kleinste, es passen hier 2-3 Personen mit Koffer rein. Die Wartezeit je Fahrt zum Zimmer oder auch wieder raus aus dem Hotel betrug zwischen 15-20 Minuten. Eine Stornierung wurde abgelehnt, sodass wir uns gegen eine zweite Buchung in einem anderen Hotel entschieden haben. Das Management stand an der Rezeption, war jedoch nicht interessiert daran, eine Lösung zu finden. Das gleiche gilt für das restliche Personal. Die Zimmerausstattung ist spartanisch, alt und kalt. Gleiches gilt für das Badezimmer. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr schlecht und dunkel. Die Bilder von den Zimmern entsprechen von der Freundlichkeit her in keinster Weise dem Zustand vor Ort. Mit über 30 Hotelbesuchen pro Jahr ist dieses Hotel eins der schlechtesten der letzten 10 Jahre.

Brussels long weekend Pros: Great location, very good size room, many lovely complimentary hotel gifts (slippers, hair brush etc), clean overall Cons: Air conditioning wasn’t working, one lift out of four was in service - highly inconvenient having a buggy and 2 small children hence couldn’t take the stairs

I would never stay there again and I would warn others to find a different hotel. Pros: Not much. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were pleasant. Cons: The staff at reception were incredibly rude. I've never encountered such an unpleasant and such an unhelpful check-in staff. Not a hello, not a smile, no interest in accommodating a guest. The A/C didn't work properly. Two of the 3 elevators were not functioning. There were waits in excess of 5 minutes to get an elevator.
