Lovely hotel in a great location. Pros: The central location is excellent. Walkable from the train station and to all the neighborhoods surrounding. Front desk staff were efficient and pleasant, and the concierge helpful with dinner reservations. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Robes and slippers are always a plus!

Good hotel , right in heart of the old town, 5 mins walk to Xmas markets Pros: Central to location Cons: Remember if you are there during Xmas markets after 11.30am they close off the streets to vehicles so no taxis can get through so you need to walk with you luggage from the checkpoints. Before 11.30am is ok

Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, great in-room facilities. Pros: Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, great in-room facilities. No noise from the outside which was great, although some noise from adjoining rooms. Cons: Even though the overall design of the room was great, there was virtually no layout space in the bathroom on or near the vanity for toiletries. The narrow ledge over the toilet, on the opposite side of the bathroom was not practical for this. And a handrail for towels would be very beneficial as the heated towel rack could only accommodate one persons towels once used.
