Hotel's official pet policy: Dogs welcome; a dog bed (or blanket) and a bowl are provided. One-time cleaning fee EUR 100 per pet (English travel information page; the German FAQ says a surcharge per dog per stay, bookable online). Leash compulsory in the hotel and on the grounds. Dogs welcome in the Lobby Lounge and Kaminbar; not in the restaurants, restaurant terraces or the spa.
