Magnifique séjour, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation Pros: Super prestations proposées Restaurant excellent Bar avec terrasse magnifique donnant sur le lac Hôtel qui accepte les chiens Personnels de là réception, restaurant et bar accueillant et professionnels Cons: La femme de ménage qui a été particulièrement désagréable, que nous ayons un chien lui a donné plus de travail pour le nettoyage de la chambre….. son agacement était tout à fait déplacé.

Very nice hotel, in great location

Very nice hotel, in great location Pros: Great location in Annecy. Secure underground parking with EV chargers at no cost. Provided bedding & bowls for dogs. Nice breakfast, but coffee shop/bakery on site, so if breakfast not included not an issue. Nice food in restaurant.

Pros: Beautiful room and handy to have dog bed+bowl Comfortable beds Great heated pool and location near city centre We booked the car park in advance, very handy Cons: A bit hot in the upper mezzanine One of the girls at reception wasn’t very helpful/nice, for an hotel of this level…
