Hotel Kraft

The view from the rooftop restaurant and pool can’t be beat! Pros: Rooftop restaurant Cons: Smaller room but still adequate and nicely decorated

Great stay - have stayed here several times now Pros: Great location. Wonderful staff Cons: N/a

Risto Sinervo Pros: Personal, restaurointi, view from terass

Great views, food and staff! Pros: Great rooftop bar, great large rooms and fantastic staff Cons: It's an older building which has thin walls and floors which is tough when the hotel is full

A quiet restful hotel in historic Florence Pros: This was our second time to stay at the Kraft in Florence. While it is a little on the fringe of the city it is quiet, clean and has a spectacular roof top bar and has a fantastic breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. The staff are polite, friendly, and professional. I would recommend the Kraft and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to beautiful Florence. Cons: everything was great during our visit, no problems, issues or concerns.

Pros: The staff was lovely and most helpful. Igor was great! The breakfast had a great variety and you can get eggs cooked to your liking, in addition to the daily buffet. We particularly liked the location as it a block from the river, a 10 min. walk to the train station & tram from the airport and yet a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We found that welcoming after a day of activities. Cons: The elevator was not working consistently, and they did have workers there to fix it. The only miss for me was the lack of a robe in the room.
