A refaire, mon chien a adoré (et nous aussi !!) Pros: Accueil du personnel, qualité de la chambre et des équipements, silence dans l'hôtel, lit confortable et grand (mais un peu dur), propreté impeccable, jardins magnifiques, accueil des animaux, emplacement parfait, parking sur place (on ne se pose pas la question si on pourra se garer, difficile à cette période à Biarritz) Cons: Salle de bain un peu petite (pas de place pour poser sa trousse ni pour suspendre ses affaires) mais toilettes et douche magnifiques, réception TV pourrie avec des chaines manquantes et une image qui se figeait (difficilement acceptable dans un établissement de ce standing même si on ne vient pas ici pour rester devant son téléviseur !)
