Great Location and Clean. Pros: Location was really good, near the duomo. Property was clean and friendly staff. Cons: Maybe it was just that the building was old but you could hear the footsteps of the guests especially the ones above me mostly in the late evening.

Pros: Posizione eccezionale; stanza perfetta. L'unico problema sono i 2 piani di scale ma lo sapevo in anticipo

Ok but no a good place for people with issues of mobility Pros: Location and cleaness Cons: More than 80 stairs to have access to the property. No information about the stairs

フィレンツェならではの素敵な滞在 Pros: 外壁にフレスコ画がある重厚な歴史ある建物のワンフロアにあって、貴族の館に滞在しているような素敵な体験ができるところが気に入り、2回目の宿泊です。 お部屋も広く寝心地良いダブルベッドで、暖房も暖かく快適に過ごせました。 部屋に電気ポットがあり、温かいコーヒーも部屋で飲めます。 ホテルが高いフィレンツェなので価格を抑える為にシャワートイレ共用の部屋に宿泊しましたが、洗面台は部屋にあるし、シャワーも2カ所あるので不便は感じませんでした。 朝食サロンで8:00～11:00までカプチーノ等が飲めます。 シンクの所にゲスト共用の冷蔵庫があります。 フロントの方も感じ良く、ドゥオモの裏手すぐ5分もかからず立地も良い。 Cons: ホテルがあるフロアがSecond piano (２階)ですが、日本で言うと３階にあたるので、スーツケースを運ぶのがちょっと大変です。 部屋の窓からの景色が建物の裏側なのが残念でした。

Location good, staff ok… Pros: The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything in Firenze, right outside of the property there are places to eat, shopping and laundry mat. The room is very spacious, unfortunately there was a lot of noise, the windows from our room where heading to the main patio of the building and was echoing every little single noise specially the automatic main door, that was very uncomfortable. The hotel is on the second floor so you need to jump like 60 steps, if you have heavy luggage you would want to kill yourself going upstairs. Fortunately Vicenzio was super kind and helpful with our luggage and every instruction, a very welcoming person (the rest of the staff wasn’t). Cons: We had a very unpleasant experience with the rest of the staff, when it was time to check out they were knocking on the door very loud because we passed for 3 min. The person looked stressed and unhappy. The property felt humid and hot, even outside wasn’t very hot, the shared bathroom was weird in a big property.

Pros: Super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar Cons: Toilette über den Flur, nachts umständlich aber machbar

とても素晴らしかった。 Pros: 最高のロケーションです。どこに行くにもとても便利。 Cons: 共有トイレだったので、もっとシャワーやトイレの数があればよかった。

Cons: El baño afuera de la habitacion es lo unico que tiene de incomodo, pero es un sitio increible.

Pros: Es una caso a antigua muy hermosa. La ubicación es perfecta. Cons: No tiene ascensor, son 2 pisos por escalera

Pros: La amplitud de las habitaciones, la limpieza y la ubicación Cons: El acceso sin ascensor, sobretodo para los equipajes y maletas
