Pros: Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Bus und U-Bahn neben dem Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war lecker. Das Frühstück war super. Cons: Nur ein Hinweis. Für Hamburgneulinge wäre es schön, wenn die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption den Gästen auf dem Stadtplan kurz die Lage des Hotels zeigen könnten.

Pros: odalar konforluydu, müşteri güler yüzlüydü. Sessiz, temiz, rahat konakladık. Cons: kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Her gün aynı şeyler vardı.

Pros: Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Zimmer stand eine Kapselmaschine mit 3 verschiedenen Kaffeesorten und eine große Flasche Wasser. Der Empfang beim Frühstück war top. Die Damen, die alles organisiert war super nett und sehr gut organisiert. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jede etwas dabei. Es gab sogar Franzbrötchen. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Cons: Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Rundum zufrieden Pros: Das Personal war super freundlich! Wir wurde. herzlichst empfangen. Zimmer völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad war sauber, Dusche war super, Seife roch gut. Parkhaus war voll, aber paar Meter weiter gibt es ne Alternative. Waren für zwei Nächte da, eigentlich nur zum schlafen, dafür war es 1A

The operation is exceptionally clean, and the staff are professional, sharp, and efficient. The breakfast spread was excellent—high-quality, healthy options that made it easy to eat clean without any fuss. Cons: The location isn't entirely central, but it is manageable. My only real critique is with the room amenities: the setup is pretty basic. Lacking a fridge and a wall safe is an unnecessary corner to cut for a hotel of this caliber. That said, the standard of cleanliness and solid service made it a worthwhile stay. -But I guess it is exactly what we booked.

Calm peaceful location walking distance to so many places Staff Cons: Two seperate beds room option only comes with a Bathtub it was really challenging to use, not recommended for elder people or who are having difficulty to climb in. If you have problems i recommend to pick queen or king bed option and also let reception know you want shower instead of a bathtub
